oddsly iq / documentation

Oddsly IQ is a browser extension that adds context to prediction market odds. It examines confidence levels, momentum, and overconfidence signals — without making predictions or recommendations.

All processing happens locally in your browser. No accounts, no tracking.

Installation

Install from the Chrome Web Store. Requires Chrome 96 or later.

The extension activates automatically on supported prediction market sites.

What it shows

Implied probability

Current odds expressed as probability, with context about what that level historically implies.

Confidence band

Range where probability has been consolidating. Narrower bands suggest increasing conviction.

Overconfidence signal

Triggered when markets show signs of excessive certainty — rapid movement toward extremes, compression of uncertainty bands, late-stage momentum.

Interpretation

Oddsly IQ doesn't tell you what to do. It surfaces patterns in how confidence builds and occasionally overshoots.

High probability with a compressed confidence band and overconfidence signal doesn't mean the market is wrong. It means the margin for error has become very small.
